Well that went quick. I feel like Rip Van Winkle; a lot has changed since I was here last. Some catching up to do. For those who corresponded during my slumbers, my sincere apologies for the lack of response. I will do better going forward.

In the next week or so I intend to introduce some new content here that will, I hope compliment that on my Substack site: https://richardcfrancis.substack.com/about. I think I will focus here on material related to the books I have already written, rather than my current project. There may be some miscellaneous posts on other scientific matters as well. Also, some stories of adventures and misadventures I have experienced in wild places around the world.
